Up in Flames is a 2003 album by Manitoba. It was reissued in 2006 under the artist's new name, Caribou.

The news program Democracy Now! uses "Kid You'll Move Mountains" as part of their regular theme music.

Online music magazine Pitchfork Media placed Up in Flames at number 106 on their list of top 200 albums of the 2000s.[1] They dedicated the track "Crayon" to LM.
